We accept returns for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product.
To arrange to return a products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. A customer care representative will reply within 1 business day with instructions to return the item.
If you item arrives damaged, please include a picture of the shipping carton. We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the item.
If you receive an item that is different than what you ordered, please include the SKU/UPC (found on the carton). We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return the item.
For items that are no longer needed, we can provide you return label at a discounted rate. The cost of the shipping label will be communicated to you and deducted from your return. Alternately, you may purchase a label from your preferred carrier.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and amount of the refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will initiate the refund within 1 business day of receiving your return, the time to process the refund varies by payment method but is generally 2-3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.
