Zenvida Limited Warranty
POLICY: Zenvida provides the original retail purchaser of each new zenvida branded product a limited 60 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized dealer.
REMEDY: This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective part(s) and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through http://www.zenvidahome.com. Proof of purchase is required. A warranty registration must be completed and received by Zenvida before a warranty claim can be processed. Shipping charges for claims outside the United States will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
EXCLUSIONS: Improper assembly or follow-up maintenance voids the warranty. This warranty also does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the item as sold, damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect, or modification of the item. Labor charges for parts, and for part changeovers, are not covered by the warranty.
LIABILITY LIMITATION: Zenvida shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including damages for personal injury, property damage, theft, or economic losses. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
“NO FAULT” WARRANTY: If your Zenvida item is damaged in a way not covered by the foregoing warranty– Zenvida will work to replace it at a reduced cost. Please inquire regarding the latest pricing, policy guidelines and product availability. Please be aware that any shipping and/or labor costs are not covered as part of this program.
